Uniform spouses put their careers on hold for every move, every deployment, every 48 hour shift, and every school pickup nobody else could make. Spouse Career Launch helps the spouses of firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement officers, medical professionals, and service members build careers that fit uniform life instead of fighting it.

Why We Built This
Built by a Spouse Who Rebuilt Her Career Around the Uniform
Uniform Families Foundation was founded by a former television news reporter who set her career aside to hold the home front for a Marine turned firefighter and two kids, then rebuilt it on her own terms. She knows what a spouse gives up, and she knows it can be rebuilt. This program exists so no uniform spouse has to figure that out alone.
