REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Uniform Families Foundation stands behind every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery through uniformfamiliesfoundation.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.  Because proceeds from our store support charitable programs for uniform families, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have any issue with your order, contact us. We will always make it right when something is wrong.
