Welcome to the Uniform Families Foundation online store. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

About us: This store is operated by Uniform Families Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 41-5063345. Proceeds from product sales support our charitable programs serving the families of firefighters, law enforcement officers, paramedics and EMS professionals, military service members, and medical and frontline workers, plus children through our Uniform Kids pillar.

Purchases are not donations: Merchandise purchases are not tax deductible charitable contributions because you receive goods in return. Tax deductible donations may be made separately through uniformfamiliesfoundation.com. 

Products and pricing: All prices are in US dollars. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel any order affected by an error, with a full refund issued.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers. You must provide accurate, complete purchase and account information.

Shipping and returns: Purchases are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, posted on this site.

Intellectual property: All content on this store, including the Uniform Families Foundation name, logo, designs, and text, is our property and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniform Families Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
