Education Freedom for Uniform Kids
In January 2025 the President signed an executive order expanding educational freedom and opportunity for American families. Uniform Families Foundation makes sure the children of firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement officers, medical professionals, and service members can actually use it, no matter how many times the job moves them, reschedules them, or pulls a parent away.
Their parent serves the country. Their education should not pay the price.
The Problem
School Is Harder When a Parent Wears a Uniform

Military kids change schools again and again. Credits get lost. Friends get left. Records arrive late.
The Shifts
Fire, EMS, law enforcement, and hospital schedules mean one parent is often gone on homework night, conference night, and game night.
The Deployments
A child can spend a whole school year with a parent overseas or on a long assignment. Grades slide when home is stretched thin.
The Options Nobody Explained
Tutoring, charter and private options, scholarships, homeschool support, and transfer rules exist. Most uniform families never hear about them.

Educational freedom is a promise. For a family that just got orders, or has a parent on a 48 hour shift, or is sitting in a hospital waiting room, that promise needs a hand to help them reach it. Uniform Families Foundation is that hand for uniform kids in every one of our six pillars.

Uniform Families Foundation provides information, navigation, and access to tutoring and enrichment through its own programs and partners.
