Impact Report

Standing behind those who serve and the families who stand behind them.

Behind every uniform is a family carrying the weight of service. At Uniform Families Foundation, our impact is defined by real support, accessible resources, and families strengthened across the country. We serve both the families and the individuals who protect, rescue, defend, and heal. Uniform Families Foundation delivers coordinated, purpose-driven support to firefighters, law enforcement officers, paramedics, military service members, medical professionals, and their families nationwide, ensuring they are never overlooked, unsupported, or alone.

Transparency Notice UFF is in its foundational phase. All metrics reflect Year One goals.

Where Your Donation Goes

UFF Donor Promise

Donations are used only for the specific service category the donor designates. When a donor gives a general or undesignated contribution, the funds are directed to whichever branch program is most in need at the time.

01

Designated Donations

When a donor specifies Fire, Law Enforcement, Paramedic, Military, Medical, or Uniform Kids, those funds are restricted to that specific service category. Restricted funds are tracked separately and reported by category in our annual IRS Form 990.

02

General Donations

General or undesignated donations are directed to the branch program with the greatest need at the time the gift is received. This allows UFF to respond quickly to emerging emergencies and gaps in coverage across our six service communities.
